Beyond Likability was built around a belief that many service businesses learn the hard way: growth problems are not always marketing problems.

Our founder, Kim Bennett, has spent a lifetime in marketing and business advisory work, helping businesses attract attention and, just as importantly, seeing where that attention too often fails to convert into real progress. Again and again, the same pattern emerged: once the advertising was done and the campaign was created, critical growth issues were still being left behind.

Not because the marketing was wrong.
